How To Prevent Cortana From Searching Your Cloud Content in Windows 10
Cortana searches your cloud account linked to Microsoft account and shows content of cloud in search result. If you do not like it you can disable this Cortana feature.

1. Press Windows + I keys to open Settings app.
2. Click on Cortana.
3. In the left panel, click on Permissions and History.
4. In the right panel, there is an option called Windows Cloud Search. By default, the feature is turned on. Click on the slider to turn it off.
