lilike to erase my windows vista and reinstall.

I have a dell with vista on it, and want to totally uninstall it. Everything is so messed up on it I dont want to save anything. Then reinstall it . How do I erase it all ?

Just pop your Vista Disk and it will ask you whether you want to do a repair or an install. Choose install.

sorry not to have mentioned I do not have a disc, but the computer guy will put windows back on for me. Problem is I dont want to leave my computer with passwords and everything for him to possibly copy.( not likley but I want to be safe). So What I want to do is wipe my hard drive clean then give him the pc to install windoes vista or 7.

Boot you computer, go to My Computer, right click on the C drive and select Format. Make sure you save all your important files before doing this.
