Hi there. I'll take a look...
Upload Dump Files:
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.
If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.
If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service . I recommend Windows Live SkyDrive - http://skydrive.live.com or another free, file-hosting service. Then post the link to it in your topic so that we can download it.
Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): http://www.carrona.org/setmini.html

How do I get to the mini dump section and send it? All I can make the laptop do is turn on, seems like it's going to start up, and then it goes blue screen and says a bunch of stuff. Where would I find all this?

When is blue screens, it says getting files ready for crash dump. Also, I can't start it in any mode. Not safe mode, or any other, I've tried them all.

OTLPE + Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps here
Note : as you are running from CD it is not exactly speedy

- Download OTLPENet.exe to your desktop
- Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to a flash drive.
- Ensure that you have a blank CD in the drive
- Double click OTLPENet.exe and this will then open imgburn to burn the file to CD
- Reboot your system using the boot CD you just created.
Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps here
- As the CD needs to detect your hardware and load the operating system, I would recommend a nice cup of tea whilst it loads
- Your system should now display a Reatogo desktop.
Note : as you are running from CD it is not exactly speedy
- Insert the flash drive with FRST on it
- Locate the flash drive and run FSRT
- The tool will start to run.

- When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
- Press Scan button. It will do its scan and save a log on your flash drive.
- Close out of the message after that, then type in the text services.exe in to the "Search:" text box. Then, press the Search file(s) button, just as below:
When done searching, FRST makes a log, Search.txt, on the C:\ drive or on your flash drive. - Type exit in the Command Prompt window and reboot the computer normally
- FRST will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive and also the search.txt logfile, please copy and paste the logs in your reply.
