I have a Microtek Scanmaker 5800....downloaded scanwizard 5 drivers for Vista from Microtek sight.
When you click the icon(which appears on the desktop)a box opens that states, are you sure you went to
completely remove scanwizard from you computer,yes or no..choose no, the box diappears and nothing
else happens.Choose yes, the box says you must resart you computer...let it start the computer and
I,m right back where I started.This happens over & over each time you try open scanwizard
Now! Theres an icon on the desktop and scanwizard 5 appears under Progams & Feature in control
panel as if it has loaded...click the uninstall scanwizard under Progams & Features the box pops up to confirm yes or no.A little down arrow also shows.....click it and an error shows with this #

Now what do I do?

It's software which you can use to remove some program forever from your computer. I suggest you to try deleting Scanmaker via RevoUninstaller. This software should delete that program, and all files related to it's installation.
