Can't run any virus protection, permission problems. win32/patched.hn trojan?

I've tried downloading/installing/running various removal tools - all with the same result: they install ok but when I run them, after a few seconds the app disappears (it appears the process is getting killed?). After that the .exe can no longer be run (instead, I get the following error: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item). One scan showed i had a few "win32 patched.hn trojan" viruses but i cant get rid of them.
Also my google links are taking me to random places and random pages pop up.

Please help asap!!

I downloaded comboFix but im unable to disable my ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS system i get a pop up saying "Error communication with kernel" when i try to open the program.

I'm still having trouble opening my ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS and disabling it so i can run combo fix, I'm getting this error message "Error communication with kernel" and i discovered that i have the ZeroAccess virus and i am also unable to get into any of the safe modes, i just get a blue screen and it restarts.

Can you run CF in normal mode?

Im able to run ComboFix it just gives me a warning saying

"Antivirus and intrusion prevention programs are know to interfere with ComboFix's running. This may lead to unpredictable results or possible machine damage.
Please disable these scanners before clicking 'OK'."

Like i stated im unable to disable the Anti-virus program. Should i continue to run ComboFix anyway?
