hello, i have some serious computer problems and i'm looking for real help!! I have something on my computer called "Antivirus System Pro" its some sort of a virus and its totally crippled my system, I can't access anything at all except for the internet!! I can't open any program at all, I can download anti malware and anti virus programs and can install them, but I can't open them after that, I even checked the "Launch program" box and they won't open up after installation. Fake or real pop ups keep coming saying this or that program is infected, I cannot do ANYTHING about this. I can't run program, I can't go into safe mode, i can't do a disk clean up. Literally NOTHING!! HELP!!!

- I play games like Saints Row and GTA4 on the PS3, just so that I can drive about and smash cars, oh and cause utter mayhem.
- My friends and I like to dress up like fools and do things for charity.

I have tried everything I know of to get rid of this dam virus. Rogue.MalwareDefense it has shut down all of my security programs. crashed my pc when I try to run malwarebytes . what can I do ? thanks

Hello, I'm Suebeetrue.

I have a desktop Dell on which I downloaded Eset Nod 32 antispyware system security 2009. I now cannot get to my Start menu ,cannot see my Desktop, cannot use system restore, cannot get on the internet. The computer is completely shutdown-I mean I can see the Welcome screen and it looks like it is going to continue on to my Desktop but all I get is the screensaver. Can anyone give me any suggestions on what I can do to get this THING off of my computer!?! I am really, really , frustrated! Please if anyone know what will eradicate it please let me know!

I am not what you would call Computer literate. I do however, have an issue. I have 2 profiles on this computer. The Admin profile says that my wuauclt.exe is infected. I am also getting a message that my threat is BankerFox.A. I am unable to access anything on my Admin profile. Any help would be appreciated.

You may want to consider getting into our academy then, we teach students how to remove malware.
