Potential Virus? trz.tmp files and my Proxy Settings are being changed auto!

Idk how or why this is happening... but in my C:/ProgramData file i have like... over a thousand trz###.tmp files and no idea how they got there. Also when i try to click on links in google/bing etc. it'll randomly take me to another website, and also my proxy settings keep getting changed when i log back into my computer. HELP ME PLEASE!
