I tried to get rid of a vista home virus....I did that but when the spyware program was finished and all was rebooted my shortcuts on my desktop and actually all the programs in the start menu when i click them say this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. create an association in the set associations control panel....don`t know where that is or whats going on even can someone help me
