Issue with IE after MS Removal Virus

Good Afternoon

I have recently been infected with the wonderful MS Removal virus. i think i have got rid of it by deleting the eroneous files from application data. everything was cool again and i downloaded superantispyware, malwarebytes and nod32 antivirus. however the next time i tried internet explorer it would not display the webpage. the wireless is connected as i can download tunes still but can not view any web pages. any help would be much appreciated
