yesterday while doing some research on my computer the MS Removal Tool popped up and told me my computer is infected. i ran a Norton virus scan and fixed all the problems that it found, but this MS Removal Tool still pops up and it keeps shutting down my computer and not allowing me to open certain things. PLEASE HELP. I'm about ready to pull my hair out!
