my computer keeps shutting down - i have spyware

Hi, I have a message on my desktop telling me that I have spyware... I purchased protection online earlier from Avira, my computer keeps telling me that even that protection is infected...... how do i get this spyware off and will I be able to use the new protection (Avira) once the spyware is gone? I really appreciate anyone who can assist me....

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
