Think point virus probelm, help please

hi everyone, my name is daniela and i have a problem with a program that has installed itself on my lap top, i have collected some information on how to get rid of it downloading some programs but my main problem is that i can't access internet, my question is
How can i get ris of it?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
