THINK MAIN POINT

WHEN I TURN ON MY LAPTOP THE WELCOME SCREEN COMES UP AND THEN "THINK POINT MAIN" COMES ON THE SCREEN. IT SAYS "UNPROTECTED AND SAFE STARTUP". I TRIED TO DO THE SAFE STARTUP BUT IT JUST STARTED RUNNING A SCAN. THEN IT SAYS "YOU ARE UNPROTECTE". CANNOT GET ONLINE.

IT SAYS "THIS PROGRAM IS PREVENTING YOUR COMPUTER FROM SHUTTING DOWN.
TO CLOSE THIS PROGRAM AND SHUT OFF YOUR COMPUTER PUSH "SHUT DOWN NOW".
I DID THAT AND THEN RESTARTED MY COMPUTER AND IT DID THE SAME THING ALL OVER AGAIN.

I HAVE MALWAREBYTES ON MY COMPUTER AND HAD JUST UPDATED AND RAN A SCAN THE NIGHT BEFORE. I TRIED F11 AND ALL WAS FINE. I TRIED F8 "REPAIR" BUT DIDN'T WORK.

Please download OTL to your Desktop. (If you already have it downloaded, then just follow the instructions below).

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.

• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
  
  
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) and paste (Edit->Paste) the contents of these files, one at a time
