Downloaded OTL and entered the code provided in Virus, Spyware & Malware, but after I click Run Scan nothing happens.

After re-downloading OTL from six various websites it seems to be finally scanning.

Make sure you have your OTL log analyzed by a specialist.
For example by posting it here.

OTL logs can be quite long and complicated and without proper knowledge you will not be able to correctly interpret it.
