As of 11/09/10, my hotmail again spammed my entire contact list with the viagra email just as before without fail.

Just a few questions:

1) What other steps are there that I can take to resolve the matter?

2) Is it possible that it is no longer my computer, but hotmail itself sending it?

3) Should I/do I need to contact Hotmail authorities to let them know of the issu and ask how to resolve it?

There was something a little while ago about hotman sending spam, only way to fix it is to change your hotmail password.
