Please help! When I start up my laptop, I get a program called THINKPOINT that starts up and wants to scan my computer. When the scan is complete, it tries to sell me a version to clean up my computer. It won't allow me to get past the ThinkPoint application. I can't get to my desktop screen. I can't do anything. I'm sending this from an old desktop computer.
