Thinkpoint wont let me boot up what so ever

I hold f8 at startup and try to run in safe mode, but after all the white letters from boot mode are gone, ThinkPoint pops up and will only allow me safe startup, i have no other choice than it just scans and does its crap and nothing starts up,

help please i spent the last 4 hours trying to get rid of this

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
