THINK POINT on my computer

I am using my laptop right because my vista desktop has this virus, it happend a couple hours ago it restarted my computer, and i see this think point program. I clicked the free scan button and think quickly shut the computer off. I have gone through several google links and youtube videos where they show you a step where you do alt ctrl delete to open task manager and remove hotfix, I was able to do that but the next step to open explorer.exe woudlnt work a message saying i do not have permission to open it would come up. I cant access anything on my desktop. Please please help i have alot of important files that i cannot lose. Thanks.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
