Sytem very slow Unable to identify Problem Might be virus

The machine is running good now.Thanks.The only problems r with audio.Spekers r not working.And if i remove the charger the system shuts down at that instant.(battery is not retaining the charge).Earlier was able to work without charger for a couple of hrs.
