Resident Shield Alert virus

I have ran Spybot Search & Destroy and also MalwareBytes (ran in safe mode), yet the two pop-ups warning me of false viruses keep appearing. I can't remember what to do next, (maybe a scan like HijackThis?) but I would like to know for sure. Thanks!!

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
  

Thanks for your help, but when I turned my computer off that day, it would not turn on the next. It was an endless loop of startup pages. I took it to a tech repair place and they only know that something was wrong with the motherboard. Got a refurbished computer and hopefully it will work fine.
