Recently had my many problems resolved by professional help and they found 22 infected files, including malware, spyware, etc. I have a Mcafee Virus scan plus and was amazed how it didn't catch any of these when they infected and when it scanned for problems. They were found by malware bytes. Why am I paying for something that doesn't work? How do they get away with this? Anyone else with similar situation?
