Just wondering if it's possible to get a virus from an infected computer through teamviewer. All I would be doing is remote assistance, I'm helping a friend with a problem and I don't want to get it myself. At the moment I'm having him do some print screens and upload them to a site for me to help him.

It's possible. You're just using your computer as the monitor. So it's possible. Just make sure you are protecting yourself. What security are you running?
