bankerfox.a virus...please help iv done a hijackthis thing ooo im so confused!

I got a bankerfox.a virus on my computer (im currently writing this from my old laptop)
i finally got my laptop to reboot in 'safe mode', and did a 'malware bytes anit-malware' and checked all the boxes and removed the seletec there were 8 threats on there.
I then rebooted the computer in normal mode, and downloaded from my usb stick from the laptop i am writing the trend micro hijackthis -v2.0.2, and iv got stuff that has come up in a notepad, however every forum and website i have read says to get someone individually to sort it out...this is where im stuck :S
please can you help me?

do i just click off the hijackthis stuff? or do i just minimize it?

You can exit those. All you have to do is run ComboFix and post a log.
