Hello.

Pleasee help!! I find myself to be fairly computer literate, but I can't for the life of me work out what I've done.

I have Avast security installed on my laptop, but it hasn't seemed to pick up the problem. Suddenly I have AV Security Suite, which I was unaware that I had (although it does say I need to buy the full version), and now it's sending pop ups to the right hand corner of my screen (near the time) with an Infiltration Alert. The threat is Win32/Nuqel.E and BankerFox.A - both of which I have no idea how I got them. I very rarely download anything, and I haven't done in the past few days...

I am unable to open any applications such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook also.

Also, I get a message pop up every 5-10mins or so, saying "Vunerabilities found. Your computer is infected by spyware - 34 serious threats have been found while scanning your files and registry. It is strongly recommended that you disinfect your computer and activate realtime secure protection against future intrusions" - This is where is says to Activate your antivirus software (in which I have to buy and download) or stay unprotected. When I click stay unprotected I have Internet windows popping up with pornographic websites..

Please help, I need this fixed!!

Thank you in advance!! Thank You!
