About 2 hours ago I was surfing the internet when suddenly a windows explorer window popped up. It had said that I was "infected" by several Viruses and that I need to scan them immediately. So I go down to my tool bar and try clicking the "AVG Anti-Virus Free" scanner I had download a while back. I use this scanner on a regular basis and I thought I should try scanning for this so-called Virus. When I tried to click it this popped up, "Application cannot be executed. This file avgui.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now?" Then you could select yes or no. So I select yes to see what it was, and a new window opened telling me to buy their AV Security Suite product. I closed it and soon after I got more pop ups about being infected. I tried their scan and it only told me that to get rid of this so-called virus I had to purchase their product. So I began looking up this software, AV Security Suite; only to find it was a scam. I started searching for possible ways to delete this file or undownload it. I soon ran across your website. So I set up an account and tried to follow the directions listed here:

The problem is, the Hijack link kept saying access denied. I went through some of the comments and someone had said you needed to be logged in to access the link. But I had already registered and I had logged in. I tried the link multiple times, to no sucess. I have tried many of my other scanners as well such as, Spyware Blaster and Malwarebyte's Anti Malware. All of these had also been rejected because of a so-called "infection". Also many windows continue to pop open for Porno websites and such. I have tried every program on my computer only to find that Firefox and Window's Explorer work. My current browser, Google Chrome also would not open. I have tried downloading scans you have suggested and found that these will not open either. I really could use some help here because I can not access a thing. I'm tired of all of their adds also popping up. If their is anyway you can help me I would be VERY grateful.
