WOW...Where to begin

I listen to you guys here....I have Avira and Malware protection, but my desktop has jst been hammered.....I am typing this via my laptop

SOmething hit this AM, and now I can not even get on to the internet

Ran both Avira and Malware, and neither detects anything

Yet when I try to get on the internet, firefox is saying I have proxy issues

Also continued popups of a virus in the system

WHat to do, what to do?
