Hello,

I've already downloaded Malwarebytes and have done these steps before. Malwarebytes was saved to my desktop... do I have to re-download it or just perform the scan again?

Also, my Norton account still shows that I have the viruses. Not sure why or what I need to do....

Hello,
I did as requested but the Active X box never came up. Only the Eset window opened so I clicked the scan button... it took over an hour to complete. It did not find any threats and only had a "finish" button to click on. There was no log that opened up when it was completed.

Hello, everything seems to be working fine. There are no more disruptions; however, when I looked into my Norton security history both threats were still there under "unresolved threats" and that they require manual removal.... Should I worry about that?

Does Norton say where they are located?

Actually, I think it was just a glitch in the system. I went into Norton to review the threat details and it had an option to remove the threats so I did. I then performed a security scan and Norton found 1 threat that was reslolved. Everything seems to be ok... thank you so much for all of your help Smile...
