win32/Nuqel.E and Bankerfox.A on windows xp laptop

I'm not much of a computer guy. I barely get around. I have a computer running windows xp. It recently got infected with win32/Nuqel.E and Bankerfox.A. I cant get on the internet with it and I tried loading some malware, spybot and another program with a cd but it wont run any. I've had it in safe mode and cant get it to do anything that way either. In the process I unloaded or deleted my internet card(alltel USB card). I dont know what to do. I have another computer and It is running vista. So if thats enough info please help.
