getting rid of antispyware soft

I'm posting from my laptop because my desktop, which runs windows xp, has been infected by Antispyware Soft. I get a pop-up that says "the procedure entry point DoOpenPipeStream could not be located in the dynamic link library ScrRun.dll " . I can't seem to get past this point. If I try to open an application, i get a pop-up that says "Application cannot be executed. The file ytbb.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now". Various other windows associated with Antispyware Soft trying to get me to pay for their product pop up.

How do I get rid of this pest if I can't get my pc to respond to anything?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
