First time here. Sorry about sounding like a gigantic newb but, I'm trying to post a new topic about this virus I have. But for some reason, I can't find the "New Topic" button, is it supposed to be right next to the "Search" Icon? If so, I don't see it. But I can do quick reply here. Weird.
