Win32/Nugel.e

This virus has taken over my computer. Was not even using the computer when it started.
Can not download OTL and Symantec found Trojan.Fake.Av but it will not perform clean or delete.
Everytime I try to run OTL the window pops open for second and then this virus closes it....

Help!

There are about 50 Red Shields across the bottom of my screen, you can not close them.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
