New Programmer Group

Hey Doctor Inferno, can you make a new group called Programming Guru's or something like that, so if people have questions, they know who they should ask?

I think that would be cool, sense you have a group for malware/security, might as well have a group for programming as well

Reply on what everyone thinks.

Help out in the tech forums, and make your posts look good. Spend time on helping users successfully. If the staff here takes notice, you may become an advisor. An advisor is an important position on the tech forums, and I am sure you would become more trusted if you put good effort in.

I don't see the need for a "programmers group" - especially since the purpose of this site is not related to just programming. It is more related to the broader term Tech.

they know who they should ask

People don't need to know who they should ask because they should post their programming questions in the forums where everyone with the expertise could answer.

And as Jay said, we have the Tech and Advisors groups.
