Please use Internet Explorer and run a BitDefender Online scan

  • Please check I agree with the Terms and Conditions and click Start Here
  • You will need to allow an Active X install for the scan to run.
  • Leave the scanning options at default and click Start Scan
Please post the results in your next reply.

Bit Defender online scanner also failed..

The first message to come, after the process started and ran for some minutes, was:
BitDefender failed to update the virus definitions. Although it might be possible to check for viruses, the result will probably not b 100% accurate.
Do you want to start scanning?

And when I tried, it immediately showed "Scan failed! Could not check the computer for viruses."

I'll try again, in the case it was due to an error of my part..

The scan is complete but then nothing reacts and I can only cancel.

Meanwhile, a new name has been detected: worm.win32.autorun.rxx..
Will it finish some day?? !
Let us hope..

Thanks

Hi, Malewarebytes has found no malicious item on the computer.
Here comes the log.
However, in parallel, Kaspersky detected worm.win32.autorun.zvd and made me restart the computer to fix it.

Will you post the log from Kaspersky antivirus, please.

I'm sorry I cannot give you a log, the threats were only detected by warning messages -I just had time to note down the name of the trojan and it disappeared.
As for Kaspersky online it still doesn't work.

Right now no malware at all is detected -but my colleagues don't care about using their infected pen drives on the computer, so it may not be completely finished..!

Thank you
