Boot is very wrong! Please help

Hey Guys,

Everytime I boot my computer, after it gets past the Acer manufatoring part (As it is an Acer laptop) it either beeps and does nothing, or it comes to "Windows Boot Manager" and have to choose which OS i want my laptop to boot with. it only has Windows 7 as that's what it came with. So my question is how do I fix thhis boot so it starts NORMAL with out going to the boot manager???
