Just wanted to say hello and let everyone here know that we should all be grateful for such a great site. I have already used the forums to eradicate the Personal Security virus from my mothers computer. I on the other hand have not been so lucky and have been seeking the help of one of the Geek Police professionals to help clean my machine.
