How to remove Internrt Security 2010?

Hi,
I've got a virus on my computer called internet security. My operating system is windows XP home edition and also, its HP
i just get the popups that i should install and have the warning sign on my desktop "that i am infected, Please activate your antivirus software" so im kind of stuck at this.?
can anyone help? anything is appreciated! thanks :smile2: :smile2:

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
