Antivirus Soft Removed, BUT Cannot connect to certain programs.

I went through the procedures of removing the malware/virus "Antivirus Soft" (as through the steps on this website), but now I cannot connect to certain programs.

I still cannot update Malewarebytes, I cannot connect to World of Warcraft or the Curse Client. Yet I can connect to Firefox and Emerald Viewer (Third-party program for Second Life). What am I doing wrong?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
