Can not turn on "Automatic Update" after Virus Infection

Dear GreekPolice Experts,

Below is my "problem"

First I go to Sercurity Center .
It does not allow me to set up change to "Automatic Update" and gives me a message

I go there (open Automatic Update tab) It does not allow me to turn on (button is kind of "grey out" = no operation available to user)

To make story more clear: Why I noticed this ...

Since I was trying to install a program from Adode for trying out (download from Adode is OK but when the program expands to desktop - procedure of Adode program before install - I got the message ... something like not enough space or do not have write privilege ... both are untrue ... because I am the owner and a lof of space available on my hardisk ) => It raises my alarm .... And I use the Malwares Bytes to scan my computer .... The program detected some malwares : The names as I remember were:

Trojan.FakeAV
Trojan Fake Alert
Trojan Downloader

The Malware Byte quarantined them then I removed them out off my computer .

But after that ... I saw that I am unable to turn on AUTOMATIC UPDATE & the sympton (not enough space and/or do not have write previledge) is still there .

I am afraid that my anti_virus & anti_malwares programs could not remove those " thing" cleanly ... It seems some of its ill infection are still there and I have no idea of what to do next ...

Hello.

• Open HijackThis
  
• Choose "Do a system scan only"
  
• Check the boxes in front of these lines:

• Press "Fix Checked"
  
• Close Hijack This.
  

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.

- I used MBAM pro version which is already installed on my PC (and I updated before scan) ... Is that ok? Or I have to download version MBAM - which from your link?
- I observed that the MBAM detected the winlogon (hijack-this) as a "malware" too => Is that all right?
- I went to "Automatic Update" to see ... The button is still unactive ( ie no operation allowed)
