anti virus problem

hi guys and gals

Im having a problem with anti virus software on a friend computer. the problem is that she has several antivirus programs on her computer and there attacking each other, i cant figure it out it also has blocked administrator privigles on her computer and blocked her internet,as it has blocked her admin privigles i cant get rid of them any ideas??

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
