BankerFox.A and Win32/Nuqel.

These are some nasty viruses. I've tried using programs such as Avast and Malwarebytes, but they don't seem to be doing to trick. Every time I try to download something I am unable to open that file. I get a pop up that says something along the lines of "Application can not be launched. The program is infected". I also get these false infiltration alerts. Literally every program I try to open is supposedly infected and will not open. I'm all out of ideas.

I'm also getting pop-ups to pornography sites that open on IE. I use Firefox.

I can't download ComboFix. Every time I try to open the program my computer tells me that the application cannot be executed because it is infected.

Delete your copy of ComboFix; grab a fresh copy, except before you download it, rename it to blackpudding.bat


Navigate to Start --> Run, and enter the following command exactly as shown:

"%userprofile%\desktop\blackpudding.bat" /killall

See if ComboFix will run now.

Please download DDS by sUBs from BleepingComputer.com or Forospyware.com and save it to your Desktop.

Note: Before scanning, make sure all other running programs are closed. There shouldn't be any scheduled antivirus scans running while the scan is being performed. Do not use your computer for anything else during the scan.

• Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
• A small box will open, with an explanation about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
• Notepad will open with the results, click Yes to the Optional_Scan
• Please follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
• Close the program window, and delete the program from your Desktop.
