Virus caused .exe files to not open

Hey,

The other night I got a virus that came up as Vista Guardian. It eventually has taken my computer to the point that I can't open up any .exe files anymore. I usually use Malwarebytes but I am now unable to open that or any other anti-virus program. It's so bad I can't even open notebook or do a system restore because they are .exe files. Every program I click on says it needs a program to open it with. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
