Need help with "Antivirus software alert"

I can't do ANYTHING with my computer. I'm constantly getting messages from Windows Security Center and an Antivirus Software alert, my IE gets sent to either porn sites or viagra sites and wont let me onto any other internet pages; it says the page cannot be displayed and then takes me to more porn. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
  

Ok but since I cant get on the internet to download the program to begin with do you have any suggestions?

Sorry I probably should have said that I'm currently on a borrowed laptop right now.

Can you download OTL from the laptop and transfer it to the infected machine via USB?

Okay. Once you carry it over, if it doesn't run, rename OTL.exe to explorer.exe and see if it runs.

Its saying that both of them are infected and asks if i want to activate my antivirus software now.

Did you try renaming them like I suggested above?

it just opens the little box that asks if i want to activate my antivirus software because the file is infected

It says: Security Warning at the top and then: Application cannot be executed. The file explorer.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now? Then has a box for yes and one for no.

Hello? Do you have any other ideas or suggestions? Will it hurt to plug that USB drive back into the laptop?

1. Download the zip to your desktop and extract it.
   
2. Open the Ice Sword folder and then launch IceSword.exe.
   
3. Will IceSword open?
