live pc care infection

My daughter picked up some infection. wont let us acess our macafee security, internet explorer won't work I tried starting in safe mode and is wont boot from there. need some help. it running some program called live pc care. tried to find it but it doesn't show up. Can't run the taskmanager. need some help to kick this bug. I read a few of the forums and tried but can't find a way to execute a program that will help. could I just buy soming I can put into the drive on startup?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
