Hi sir,

I had a similar problem few weeks back ( http://www.GeekPolice.net/virus-spyware-malware-removal-f11/my-laptop-is-badly-infected-with-virus-t17851.htm#113296) and this time im very upset since i don't really know from where these virus dropped.
Im unable to launch any application including the anit virus,task manager etc.
Please help me. I tried to launch ice sword from the thread i have mentioned above but looks like it is not allowing free download due to server load.
Please help me sir..

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

  • Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  • Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  • It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  • You may need to use two posts to get it all.

Hi Sir,

My husband tried running combo Fix immediately after the laptop initialised...just before the spyware got time to start up. And he opened the Task manager too..before the spyware got time to interfere with it.
ill post the combo fix log for ur reference.

  1. Close any open browsers.
  2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
  3. Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

  4. Save this as CFScript.txt, in the same location as ComboFix.exe

  5. Referring to the picture above, drag CFScript into ComboFix.exe
  6. When finished, it shall produce a log for you at C:\ComboFix.txt
  7. Please post the contents of the log in your next reply.
