How to Remove Antivirus Soft [Removal Guide]

I installed malwarebytes and now it is not launching! Can anyone please help me out?

HALLELUJAH!! I thought I would never be able to get rid of that virus! I tried so many other ways to get rid of the virus, but none of them worked, except for this. The instructions were so easy to follow and concise. It was amazing!!! I thought I'd have to pay someone an insane amount of money to fix it or I'd have to buy a new computer entirely, both of which wouldn't be good. Now my computer is working perfectly again! Thanks so much for creating this amazing guide, you guys ROCK!!!!

You guy's are the BOMB! Worked like a charm. Only thing I had to do different was to hold down the F8 key instead of tapping. Guess my old fingers aren't fast enough.

My problem was called antispyware soft. Yes, it told me there was fake stuff happening to my computer every 15 seconds. Anyway, I followed the steps, and let me say these guys are fighting the good fight. They didn't try to sell me anything and they got that shit off my computer. I used malwarebytes, it worked. this isn't an add for malware, I like avira and avasti, and other stuff not made by malware

I'm having a similiar problem. Unfortunately, I cannot restart in safe mode or safe mode with networking, or any mode for that matter without getting a blue screen. I've tried everything. How exactly do you install a program if you can't even get to the start screen? Help?

I went thru the steps, but when I try to run the Malware removal software I get a runtime error '0' message. In addition, I get anti soft security warning messages one after the other stating file wscntfy.exe is infected. I just can't get the malware software to run. Any suggestions?

I followed all the instructions, but Malwarebytes is (apparently) reading right over the infected stuff... I've scanned the computer about six times, and never came up with any infected items. Any help?

Dude I love you Thanks it worked like a charm.

I only had WiFi access to the internet. So I couldn't startup in "safemode with networking". I did it the following way:
1. Startup in "safe mode"
2. Create a new user
3. Log in with this new user
(no malware, etc. is activated)
4. Connected via WiFi and downloaded, installed and ran Malwarebytes
(removed infected items)
5. Restart PC and login as original user
and ....... VOILA !
Will have to see if it did actually remove and cleanup everything, but so far so good :-)

I clicked on the download now button and it opened a new page, but nothing is opening on the new page it's just thinking. It's been thinking for about 15 mins and nothing has happend.

I did everything you said...however, after the scan, it says it did not detect any infected items..but the virus is still there!

wow i can't believe this really worked.. I tried a few other anti virus programs (panda and microsoft essentials).. they didn't fix anything.. I just followed the instructions .. rebooted and my computers all better .. thank u soooooooooooo much

This didn't fix anything. Malwarebytes didn't find any "infection" on my computer, yet Antivirus Soft is still on my computer when I try and run it not in safe mode. Not sure what all these are people are so excited for because this didn't do a damn thing for me.

It did take a few tries to override the system to get my son's laptop into safe mode yet once I was able to get in, the instructions worked perfectly.

We plan to buy Malwarebytes.

When my laptop got the Antivirus soft i restarted my computer and intended to restart in safe mode but i hit F11 instead which i think is recovery mode or something. When i tried to restart my computer again the power light came on but the screen didn't, and it powered itself off after like 12 seconds and then turned itself on again but then turned off again the same way and repeated this until i turned it off myself or until the battery died. I tried hitting f8 when starting up but it doesn't change anything. Upon powering it on if i start hitting random keys before it turns itself off, it will just stay on sometimes and not turn itself off, but the screen still stays off.

Any ideas of how to get my laptop booted up properly in order to follow the rest of these steps in the guide?
