Can someone tel if the NVIDIA Quadro FX 570M a integrated or a dedicated card?

That card is used for laptops so that would make it integrated. The M stands for mobile.

Not all laptop graphics built into the mobo. So I guess my question is, is the NVIDIA Quadro FX 570M built into the mobo or can it be changed out?

I don't think it can be switched out. You'll have to check their website, that's an entry level card.
