I am screwed (I think )

My system has been hijacked by a virus or malware. I cannot run my virus or malware protection. Every time I try to run anything it refers me to some virus protection website. I have tried system restore Alt + F4 to stop the programs and then run the security programs but to no avail. came in when I accidentally opened an unknown e-mail.

What do I do now?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
