I have been reading over the topics on this and how to remove. Several of the downloads you mentioned I have tried all of them and not been able to run or open any of them.
Including "hijackthis"
malwarebytes - already had on pc but unable to run
system look.

I can not open any other programs on my pc either. I let company use my pc this afternoon and walked into this mess.

Im just at a lost for now. I use avast as antivirus and did a boot scan which caught something, but when my computer booted up I am still getting the pop up windows to IE. I am using modzilla to post here.

Transfer this download from a clean computer on to the infected one via flash drive, burnt cd or dvd, etc.
