Need to STOP/REMOVE BACKDOOR/VIRUSES on my Yahoo Messenger

While chatting with my friend, she send me some link like this ""HTTP://C16AC-T.IMAGE-MYSPACE.INFO:85/aRCHIVE/K49SA-pARTYpICTURE023.jpeg.ZIP". It download a file name
"DVC-PartyPicture023.JPEG.zip" and i'd run, then BOOM!!! my YM starts to send this link everyone on my list and it crash my YM. I think i'm infected with virus or something. And everytime I log in into my YM, with a different PC, this ALWAYS HAPPEN. I think, my account has been hacked.
