Security center issues

Automatic updating and firewall protection will not work because the internet can't be accessed.My computer usually connects to a wireless network but it wouldn't connect now.When i click connect to a network is says windows can't find any networks.Also when I click diagnose why windows can't find any networks it says windows can't resolve the problem.Please contact your network administrator or internet service provider.I will appreciate any help from you.

Open CMD, Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults by typing: netsh winsock reset catalog

Reset TCP/IP stack to installation defaults by typing: netsh int ip reset reset.log

Restart your PC.

If it doesn't work, download Winsock XP Fix from here, save it to your Desktop.

Double click on the exe on your Desktop.
Press the "Fix" button, then restart again.

See if you can connect now.
